If you have privacy settings enable like "Wedding Code" and/or "Guest List Match," visitors to your site and/or app will need to provide the right information to enter your site or RSVP to events, post pictures, etc.
Here's an overview of our privacy settings to refresh your memory:
Guests request access when:
1. You have "Wedding Code" enabled and they do not have the right code for your site (the code is mandatory on the app). In the same text box where they would enter the code, there is a link to request the code if they don't have it. This will submit an email request to you and a note in your activity stream.
2. You have "Guest List Match" enabled and the name or email they provide is not on your list. They can select the "Request Access" button which will submit an email request to you and a note in your activity stream.
3. You have made certain events private and the name or email they provide is not on your list. When an access request will be sent to you for approval. They can select the "Request Access" button which will submit an email request to you and a note in your activity stream.
To see your access requests:

- Go to your Dashboard
- Select "Requests"
- Click the red X to decline or green check to accept
- If access is granted, the guest will receive an email with your wedding link and code. If denied, the guest will not be informed.
On the website
- Log into your account
- Access your Activity Stream via the chart icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Select "Guest Access Request"
- Click "Confirm" or "Deny"
- If access is granted, the guest will receive an email with your wedding link and code. If denied, the guest will not be informed.
