Setting up your Key People Section


The Key People section gives you the chance to showcase your entourage. You can add photos and info about your bridesmaids, groomsmen, family, or even show off your pets that are helping out in the event. 

NOTE: You can no longer add Key People through Facebook

To set up the Key People section:

  • Log into your Appy Dashboard and click "Edit Content > All Sections"
  • Ensure the toggle is turned green to "Show" this section in your web and app navigation
  • Click the "Edit" button next to "Key People" or click "Edit Website" at the top left of your screen


  • From the site Editor, you can add groups of people and individuals
    • For groups, you can 1) Edit the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen default groups, 2) Add a new group or 3) Both!
    • Select the group to which you want to add a person and click the "Add Person" button


  • Add the person's name or select from your Guest List
  • Populate other text fields as desired
  • To add a photo, click on the gray camera icon 
  • Select and crop a photo from various sources (your computer or social media accounts)
  • Once done, hit save and review for desired look
  • Proceed to adding more people and/or groups



  • Rolling over a key person will display options to edit, add another or delete
  • The crosshairs below the image will allow you to move that person to a different position within the group
