1: GUEST LIST | APPY EDITOR
- Click MAIN MENU on your Guest List
- If all your guests need a mailing address, Click on Request Address in the MAIN MENU (pencil icon)
- If only certain guests require a mailing address, proceed to Step 3
2: EMAIL & SHARE | ADDRESS COLLECTION TEMPLATE
- Completing Step 1 will bring you to the Request Mailing Address Email Template
- Edit the text or use the pre-formatted text included
- Select the guests you need to send an email or notification to
- See Step 3 if you want to segment your list based on whether addresses are needed
3: TAG GUESTS TO REACH OUT TO (OPTIONAL)
Best used when some guests have addresses and some don't. If all your guests need a mailing address then skip this step.
- Filter your Guest by 'Mailing Address Missing'
- Select All from the filtered view
- Tag the guests appropriately (mailneeded or whatever works for you)
- The 'tagged' guests will now be available in your Email & Share section
- Go back up to step 2 to send out the notification
